About the University
UBC is a public research university with various facilities in British Columbia. The University of British Columbia is a primarily English instructional school and hence all students are required to meet with the set competency levels in the English language. However, international students can simply take an English language proficiency test to prove their skills. However, depending on the course you wish to pursue, you may need to fulfil additional criteria especially for courses related to the science field.
